Bond Study Discovers Urgent Needs Throughout the City

HRA Board Member Liz Swaine recently chaired and represented District B in the 2010 Citizens Bond Study Committee, which was formed to determine if the city of Shreveport needs a bond issue and if so, which needs would be addressed in the bond.
