It is against city ordinance to place a basketball goal on neutral ground or in the roadway. Anyone who does so will be in violation of Section 50-140, Obstructing public passage. The ordinance is for the safety of everyone riding, biking or walking in Highland.
The Rental Association of Highland meets the 3rd Monday of each month at El Chico in Madison Park (4015 Fern Ave) at 6:00pm. The evening starts with networking and a “Dutch Treat supper” then continues with a meeting and guest speakers.
