Show your #HighlandPride during Give for Good

Join us online on Tuesday, May 7, for the Community Foundation of North Louisiana’s Give for Good 2019.

Give for Good is a 24-hour online day of giving in north Louisiana. The annual event enables community members to discover and engage with nonprofits and make contributions to those they connect with.

Each dollar invested in Highland Restoration Association during Give for Good will aid us with a new initiative to help Highland homeowners over the age of 55 with minor outdoor home improvements. These projects can range from small projects to fence repairs. The more money we raise, the more grants we can award to neighborhood residents.

So we hope we can count on you to show us your #HighlandPride with a donation to the Highland Restoration Association on Tuesday, May 7.

In addition, be sure to stop by our table at Shop for Good on Saturday, May 4, at the Uptown Shopping Center, 4800 Line Ave. We’ll have fun goodies you can take with you to show your #HighlandPride and information on our upcoming projects. In addition, we’ll have our board members on hand to share about neighborhood history and what our organization has been up to this year.

Over 55? Here’s how to apply for our home improvement grants

We started a new initiative this year to help Highland homeowners over the age of 55 with minor outdoor home improvements. These projects can range from small projects to fence repairs.
