The Shreveport Farmer’s Market will reopen for the summer season on Saturday, June 5 at the Festival Plaza downtown. The market will feature a variety of homemade Highland goodies such Pan’s Pantry jams, jellies, and preserves from Highlander Noma Fowler-Sandlin, who also manages the Farmer’s Market, and an assortment of sweet and savory offerings from the kitchen of Highland chef Alana Dyson. The market will be open on Saturday mornings from 7am to 12pm through September 4 and Tuesday afternoons from 3pm to 6pm through July 27; Tuesday markets will feature live music.
