Nominate a Neighbor

Do you know of a neighbor who is going above and beyond to assist their neighborhood?  Are they improving their property, picking up trash, moving empty garbage containers away from the street, planting new plants, helping a neighbor, starting a neighborhood watch, baking or bringing groceries to a neighbor?  Contact HRA or leave a comment so that HRA can officially recognize them on this website for helping out the neighborhood!
