During the month of January “The Cosmic Series” by C.S. Ellington will be on display’s at Lilah’s Deli and Bakery (440 Olive). I like a painting that causes the eyes of the viewer to move around the image. I like a painting that inspires the viewer to look deeply. There is simplicity in a natural creation. Simplicity in nature, with an otherworldly element.” Lilah’s is open from Mondays- Fridays 8:30am-6pm and Saturdays 8:30am-3:00pm. The show is sponsored by Noel Community Arts Program.

Be Aware of 'Window Shopping' This Holiday Season!

Mary Ellen Hoffman from Operation T-Bone reminds us to be aware that window shopping can take on a whole new meaning! During the holidays there is an increase in vehicle burglaries and “window shopping” can take place if valuables are left visible in your vehicle, because potential vandals can clearly look inside & see things they may decide to take! So, please everyone, keep this formula in mind as you are out & about: Valuables +   Visible +   Vehicle = potential Vandalism. And please lock your vehicles & if you have an alarm use it! Please share this with others and may your holidays be safe & filled with health & happiness!
